Real friends are the ones that you can go to with any problem, with any situation, and instead of saying "oh man, that really sucks" they say "okay, let's take care of it."
Real friends do not offer lip service. They offer real service.
Real friends you can trust with anything. Money, secrets, stories, etc.
Real friends take care of your responsibilities when you can't.
And it may sound strange or impolite... but, real friends you don't need to say please and thank you with. You just do and they just do not because you want to and not because they want to but just because it must be done and it needs to be done. That bond goes beyond simple conversation tokens like please and thank you... it is an unspoken appreciation and respect.
