A friend of mine flew to Romania about four years ago to run a couple of cam studios... came back three years later, married one of the models, bought a house here in Canada and has a kid with her.
Guy's 24 now.
From what he told me, even though a lot of cam studios are based out of there, it is actually illegal to do that. They always had to be on alert for authorities etc.
