Alot of companies do this. The namebrand in CMS for example.

Your customers request a feature, they pay full-rates for the development.
Few months later the feature is released to all other users, destroying the person who
paid for it's competitive advantage and basically stealing their IP.

Personally I see that to be a cunt act. If you want to include a feature in software that
you'll be reselling then develop it on your own dime and not the customers.

For some reason people seem to accept that crap.
