ok so what is the problem?
70% is steep but heh they have the traffic.
if you are not happy with it, stay away.
if your business plan allowes it, go for it.
in my case, I have a small operation, I cannot afford it, but if you can, again go for it.
so if you cannot afford it, do not whine.
if you can afford, go for it, simple huh
