The reality is that even if you solve the illegal alien problem AND get out of Iraq, all those billions that will be saved will still never end up in the hands of those that really need it... Like people that are still homeless from Katrina, or war veterans who are disgustingly treated, or the millions living and dying on your streets.
But maybe what's sadder is that there hasn't been a revolt in the U.S.? While $12B is being spent IN Iraq fixing up their country, you've got all that mentioned above at home. I guess as long as people are so self-absorbed in their own lives, they don't really care .. beyond griping on GFY ;)
