OK heres the update I promised.
I've talked in email to sonomasnap and we've got his refund issue worked out.
He's also got a $50 credit in our system to use buying traffic.
I appreciate the fact that after he came out slamming us he was willing and able to see both sides of the coin and move on. It's not everyday or everybody that has that ability.
