So I started the other thread asking for advice, and after some really awesome and helpful responses, and even a few great samples of what could be done, (thanks fluffygirl, MUNK and minte I love them all, please repost in this thread!!!) Dready said I should start a contest thread and whoever designs the best logo for me will get what I was going to pay the "design team."

I think someone in here can. I think there are some incredibly creative people on this board, and can't wait to see what you come up with.
I'll give you the $200 I was gonna pay the design team, as well as first round of drinks everyday we kick it at Xbiz Summer Forum, if you go, or send a friend in place of you, and whether its open bar or not. 
*A few notes about the design. I'm up for anything that is AWESOME. It doesn't have to have flames, girls or any of the shit I said before. It just has to be AWESOME. The only requirement is that it must make a good watermark, and still be legible and AWESOME when small. (these are fairly obvious things as far as logo's are concerned, so I apologize for adding and/or assuming you don't already know this.)
