Its pretty damn simple for a setup like that. Should take you 30 minutes tops from a fresh install to fully functional.
I'm not bullshitting or bragging, I just installed it twice this afternoon. Last time I used anything similar was Max Media Manager over 2 years ago (the predecessor, the one that they released after phpAdsNew)
