Chronopay.com in deadpool?
starting from 25th of April they have stopped processing new transactions and rebills
at first we were given the following explanation (on 28th of April):

the merchant settings have been changed, we are trying to resolve this issue with the bank.
Today the situation should be resolved

since then they have stopped replying to our emails. They don't answer their phone also.
we have thousands of rebills stuck in their system for quite a lot of money and they have disappeared like that. Does anyone know what happened? Is anyone in the similar situation as we are?
we have worked for 3 years with this company and we didn't expect that they will interrupt the service this way
