I've bought lots of Sobe's stuff and haven't had any of the problems your talking about.
It would be nice if you had the option of getting your files as one long MPEG file to split up yourself, but its still not that big a deal considering I got the stuff on sale for hella cheap.
Sobe I doubt you'll go to hell, but next time you put up a spample clip it should definitely be a hotter scene
