I hate to sound like a dick...but these guys are possibly looking at some serious prison time, fucking over webmasters out of a few thousand dollars so they can pay their lawyers is nothing they're going to lose sleep over.
That being said, if you haven't changed your links to them to another sponsor (where the hell have you been?) this would be a good time to do that.
