Quitting smoking would help drastically with that tiredness problem. Take vitamins, and exercise. You would be AMAZED at how revitalized you feel after a good workout. You think you'll be tired out but you end up with MORE energy.


Then again for me, I have to do a lot of physical activity every day so it's normal for me. MOving firewood, chopping firewood, etc etc, all the stuff that comes with living in the country
