I am not down with censorship either... but isn't this a business board? How many ethnic affiliates do these programs have? How many ethnic employees? If it were an occasional thing I wouldn't identify it as a problem... but wtf... It just doesn't make sense from a business standpoint in my opinion.

For those that don't know me... don't assume I am some soft yuppy. If you ran your mouth to me like that in person you might be surprised at the fact that your mouth suddenly started bleeding and your spitting your teeth out. Fade to black punk... I have given lessons to much tougher jackasses then anyone posting on this board I would bet. I am a 185 lb white boy who spent 6 years in prison with people who earned respect the hard way.
