I've made that list a few times =)
But yes, cams do convert really well, for me at least. I love AWE's live feeds.
I did just sign up for
Neon Dollars too, as they're offering a $150 incentive for new webmasters at the moment. Looks like they've got nice promo tools as well, so I'm giving them a try.
