SSH access to make the site transfer---or other easy way to move the 100GB of site data.
Multiple domain names. More the better.
Virtual or shared hosting that approximates about "250CPU/250Memory + spikes" usage.
OK with porn, obviously.
$50/month or less, no contracts is better.
