I handle all the support requests for her site... basically this is what happened w/ the guy:

-He emails me last month, no accounts exist under his email address. So i lookup the username he sent me. It expired 9 months back and was marked as being a password trader / possible fraudster.

-So I search for his last name associated with the first account, and find an account from September 07. So its April 08, and he has had this account now for 6 months or so. Account hasn't been abused so i send him off his login / password figuring maybe he changed his ways.

-Week later he hits me up saying his password stopped working. So i look up his username and its not in the system anymore. So i go back, search for his original username, and find his account again. It has a new username attached to it... so now im confused & a little suspicious. Someone had obviously called in and got the username changed.

-So i ask him to verifiy his billing name & address for me. He sends me back just the billing address which is partially incorrect which adds more to my thoughts about him being a scammer. And then he complains about how he has all these email addresses and can't remember which ones he used... So i email him back for his billing name & address. Don't get a response containing it, just more angry messages. I go ahead and cancel the account assuming it is most likely fraud. Still waiting for the CBs to come rolling in on it.
