I would suggest you try thunder-ball, it does everything you just stated your looking for without installing any scripts what so ever on your server, you use their spider and their spider will scan other sites you trade with and alert you if one of them drops you + the database holds over 3000 site you can trade with (Real Sites, Real ppl, etc.. etc...)
