Everything is for a reason in life. You may not understand now why the shit hit you, but down the road you will look back and know why.
When one door closes a new one opens. There are 3 Billion women on this planet. Somewhere out there is your next one. Think of it as an adventure to find her and the process will be fun.
Everyone no matter how rich and powerful gets shit. Everyone. Look at Saddam. The motherfucker virtually owns an entire country, has a trillion dollar fortune he controls, can have anything he desires. And yet he is about to get it all taken away from him next week. Imagine the frustration of that. All that power he has and now its his turn to bend over and get fucking payback.
When I have gone and go through my shit periods I just accept them now. I know after every storm comes a rainbow. It never fails. Nothing lasts forever anyway, we are all merely the caretakers of our possessions while we are alive and here. After that someone else gets to care for them.
If you haven't traveled to a 3rd world country, do everything within your means to do so. We are so damned spoiled in this country it is pathetic. Travel to a place where they have no electricity, no phones, no clean water, no shopping malls, and then come back home and you'll realize no matter how bad your life here its great compared to the way most of the people live.
You most likely will eat 2 or 3 meals today. 1 Billion people will not even have a single morsel of food today. So no matter how bad you think you have it, its nothing compared to others.
And remember we are fortunate to all live in a FREE country, not in a repressive police state. Imagine living in a country like Iraq.
So smile, its all to make you stronger and wiser. And the sun always does come out from behind dark clouds and shines bright again.
