Usually when you are dealing with phone support , if there is a problem its because they are unfamiliar with the product/process or they are simply not trained properly.
When i have dealt with epassporte phone reps it was a nightmare. Hours on hold , dropped calls and just plain blatant lying .Theres nothing worse than being lied to.
micheal on the other hand has always been easy and quick to deal with , tells you the facts , gets problems solved. Not everyone likes all the answers but hey thats life.
