The only Cubans that care are the older ones and a lot of them have died and the rest that are still around have been in the US longer than they ever were in Cuba and they won't go back either. In case you didn't notice when Castro ceded power to his brother ther weren't any big celebrations in Miami. If that happened even 15 years ago there would have been HUGE crowds in the streets partying their asses off.
