 I didn't say it was right to steal anybody's content.
I run tube sites. I don't steal content, nor do I let users upload stolen content, period.
However, I'm getting kind of sick of hearing the term "illegal tube site".  If they're "illegal",  then call the cops.  Should be simple.
The fact of the matter is, that there is some legislation in place, that's quite dated and ineffective, that protects "hosts". How is it illegal if it's protected by law?
Finally,  it's important that we as a group don't support any of these sites who are infringing upon your copyrights.  I suggest we all start with the big ones, the "illegal search engines".  Here's a good start,  look at these bastards:
