I know we run all our things as required by laws and regulators (within telecommunication) but I also do know there is a ton of people that do not ahve their shit together.
It will hit primary people that is struggling to survive in the biz, although they may still take it serious.
Without knowing the context of the law I cant comment if it is good or bad, personally for myself I dont care as I have nothing to worry about

it will primary hit people who have amat content blogs, forums etc with questionable content imho
as the exact text of the law will be announced Ill have our lawyer run through it and see what we have and dont have to do, this is regarding to disclosing docs
and yes I think too that this is a step to EU wide regulation and a good one
