Everything you say makes absolutely no sense and just plain sounds ridiculous..
This has got to be on of the dumbest threads i have ever read on this forum, with so much misinformation, misunderstanding of how things work, and just plain unfounded claims...
Honestly, I doubt there is anything I could say to make you realize what you are saying is completely wrong.. But I'm gonna waste my time trying i guess.. (mostly in hopes that other people won't read all that crap and actually believe it LOL)
As previously mentioned:
#1- linkEX is a link management script, basically intended to help webmasters keep track of their links and easily check for bad traders.
#2- If you use it with an "include" commend on an shtml or php page, google cannot tell they are linkex trades
#3- Google is not going to penalize webmaster for using a tool that makes sure that the webmasters link trade is an honest trade (that's just fucking silly to think that)
#4- linkex is nothing like a "FFA" script which you seem to be confused about by associating with "bad neighborhoods"
#5- linkex is NO DIFFERENT than thunderball, with the exception that thunderball looks like it is intended for people who do not know how to install a simple script.
#6- webmasters using linkex have the ability to force certain criteria for their trades, if someone is accepting a ton of PR0 garbage links, then don't trade with them lol..
If you know how to use google (that's a search engine BTW), you can easily find a shitload of top ranking sites using linkex.. (I only mention about not being sure if you know how to use google, because apparently you could not find any sites using linkex LOL)...
It took me all of 5 minutes to find these 7 sites using linkex. All with first page results, using their anchor text/description for linkex:
