You may want to do some Research on Billy Ray. If you think he was just making a 1.00 off achy breaky heart and that was his only income you are way off. I recall him having a pretty popular tv show for years. Im not saying the guy was huge the last 10 years, but he was rather popular, and he has a new album out that is doing VERY well on the charts.
