That said, I have a software called www.CCBTools.com and one of the many tools we provide to programs through this software is something that will convert files from MPEG/WMV to FLV.

When we started installing it for people we discovered that there was a known flaw in the newest version of MEncoder with no date or plan to fix it.

So we had to ask for our client's host to downgrade their MEncoder to the previous version which solved the problem.


I am not sure if that could help you guys with your problem since as I disclosed I am not really very technical, I just regurgitate what my programmer tells me to say lol
