Just about to sign up on the UK version of ccbill and have a couple of problems with 2 of the fields:

For 1. As it's a new site/business we have no tax return numbers or business license - all we have is a bank account in the site's name. Is there any way around this?

2. Is Government Issued Identity Card (IC) Number: the National Insurance number?

Would appreciate any help.
