Same here, the only solution seems to be pushing out new paysites. Even huge old school programs like Bangbros and ND suddenly started new sites almost monthly after not having a single new one for ages, TCG, Juggcash, Naughty America, new sites everywhere. It's been a trend for about a year now.
Shortly after release, they convert great, then you can slowly see the ratios go downward as the members content saturates on tubes, forums, rapidshare & co.
1:3000 (frontpage unique) seems to be about normal nowadays for many of the "mainstream niches" like mature, anal, teens, babes, etc with average traffic...and it's not like blogs with 100% SE traffic do alot better.
Go niche? There isn't enough traffic in many micro niches. 1:200 is nice, but if you can only send 400 hits a day with a #1 ranking in google it still doesn't help much, since the majority of traffic turns more and more into shit.
