Someone PLEASE tell Derrick Lee to quit dipping his fucking back shoulder.... I should have been a batting coach or something in my life, because its so obvious why he has no power anymore... I scream at the TV cuz im so sick seeing it.... And noone else DOES???
Dont they pay some moron there a half million bucks a year to notice these problems..
When he hit that homer tonite he got extended and I thought he needed that to get out of his slump and start swinging right again but he went right back into bad habits :/
When his back shoulder dips behind his front one as he is swinging what happens is you lose all the torque from your body power and what you see is his pure arm power when he makes contact.. Thus he is continually hitting balls to the warning track and no further... Same thing that happens with a poor golf swing... all your clubs hit to 150 yards.... all arms
