Will it be skinnable? I personally would prefer a mid section which was wider to allow more pictures side by side. Here are a few more suggestions:
1) Favorites system (Would require a user registration system, but would bump returning visitors by a lot).
2) Search engine friendly URLs (Already mentioned above, but in my eyes this is a must).
3) Comments
4) Include a flash player to allow the videos to play on the page.
