You have proved nothing. I am not arguing the fact vector can be bought online..
For all I know that Vector is free to the world.
I don't care if it was pirated it's art... My original point was that the designer just cut and pasted those vector elements to create the base of the site design.. didn't re-arrange them or anything.. designer code of ethics says thats a no no..
