Sorry typed the last paragraph too fast and this is what I wanted to say.
We as an industry can no longer rely on old methods of sending more and more traffic to convert the same numbers. We have to convert more of the surfers already landing on our sites. This is the only way forward. The dream that free porn is going away is pointless. The only way it will disappear is if world governments stop porn outside members areas to protect children. Nice idea, we can't wait for it.
Makes a difference. We have to convince more of the people buying to keep buying, from us or from someone else. Some sites do it and some look upon him as a one off passer by. Next week or month he will be passing by someone else's site and a surfer from that site will be passing your site. It's a giant merry go round. What we have to ensure is they stay buying porn because it's the best option.
