I tend to agree with the insecurity thing, but I also think that some girls take "the power of the pussy" too far. I've known chicks who are hot and not at all insecure who will do pretty much whatever it takes to make every guy want them (even when they don't want the guy in return). As long as they have the power of the pussy and they believe every guy wants them, they feel like they have power and control.
Side note: I've known and worked with girls like this, but maybe I'm totally wrong about the insecurity thing... Maybe their constant show of self-confidence is just a way of overcompensating for their real hidden insecurities... Who knows?!
