Hell Sirius charges you for the 128 kbps stream. If you watch TV on site like Hulu it upstreams up to 1 mbps but most shows are closer to 700kbps. CBS, ABC if you're lucky you get 1 Mbps to 1.5 Mbps max. Netflix can reach up to 2.2mbps but I doubt that's conssitant. Even so 1 hour a day would be 29 GB a month. So with Comcast's 250 GB cap you'd still find it hard to use up 250 GB.
