NO eventually program operators will tell you they shave but just not as much as they usually do.
PS: It is important to note VS changed thier policy and terms conditions stating Lifetime payouts specifically. I think it is important to say this, as I am starting to see a pattern.
Perhaps some programs will choose to terminate non traffic sending affiliates as a standard?
