This is just flat out fucking extortion. I hear shit like this is pretty common in mainstream marketing, but in adult it's an anomaly.
Anyone who owns any type of revenue sharing program needs to read this.
You have customers you wouldn't have had because of traffic we sent you. We could have sent that traffic to your competitors but instead we sent it to you. If those customers are still spending money then we deserve our cut. If you continue to pull shit like this then we will all insist on being paid per signup IN ADVANCE because we can't trust you to honor long term agreements.
I shouldn't have to send you business tomorrow in order to get paid my fair share for business I sent you today.
