No over the counter pain reliever really works for me but Advil, Ibuprofin I take 600mg-800mg at a time even for mild pain but it's gone in an hour..
You should go to a specialist and get advice maybe you need physio or a foot massage..
You live in asia you are in the middle of the natural health and alternative remedy mecca :P
