So he was a criminal on the simple fact that he broke a restraining order. Now lets find out if A. he had the gun legally, and B. if he had a permit allowing him to carry a concealed weapon. Im pretty sure if he
had a permit it would of been revoked due to having a restraining order on him. So you are pointing out the fact that a "criminal" shot someone.
Now if the woman would of had a weapon of her own and a permit to carry at least she would of had a chance to
not be dead had she had a way to defend herself against deadly force.
Oh wait I forgot you are not from the U.S. so logic does not apply.
