I'm the most jealous, possessive and psycho person in the world and I don't think its cheating cause its a robot.
If it looks extremely lifelike and if the robot is more attractive than me I would be pissed and more inclined to say its cheating, but if its like a real doll or fleshlight type thing then i dont think so.
Also if my partner would rather have sex with the robot than me then i would be seriously pissed off.
