Well, according to the principle of refrigeration and air conditioning, it is not possible to cool a room without having to (kind of) expel the heat outside. so, you wont find anything without a exhaust tube, 99% certain.
How about an air (evaporative) cooler?
If that doesn't fit your need, you will need to make a hole in wall or ceiling.

In a an automobile the refrigeration system is completely sealed and there are no exhaust systems.
It works by pulling the air from the interior through the system ( Condenser, Receiver Dryer) A gas like Freon placed in a sealed system is pressurized using a compressor. As it's pressurized, it gets hot by absorbing the heat around it. This hot gas is then circulated through a series of tubes (Condenser) that dissipate the heat. ( R-12 or R134a) are used as coolant because they are volatile gases that can change state very easily - from Gas to Liquid.
