There are always two sides of the story and of course only Asian XXX Content and the other party involved know all of the facts.
Yes, we used to sell through Photorama but we have not done anything with them for at least a year. I'm not sure what their license states when you purchase content through them, but the parties usage of our content would violate every license that I have seen from a content provider that sells to adult pay sites.
Are we assholes for protecting our copyrighted materials?
Nobody here knows to what extent our content was being abused and to be honest, it's really nobody's business but Asian XXX Content and the party involved.
Maybe they will use your images next and then you can make that choice.
