I hate people that wear their pants like that, but that is my opinion. I think its completely fucking wrong to make clothing illegal. If my underwear hangs out I can goto jail? Sometimes I run to get the mail and forget my belt. So if my pants slide down a bit Im taking a ride in a squad car? sheesh.
