hi there guys

im doing video conversions from a HD video camera with Sony Vegas, what settings do you reccomend? im trying at 5mbit with .wmv 9 and .wmv V8 right now, do you recommend anything else? ideally i want to encode with 2 options: high quality and medium quality and video size either the max (1280x720) or i guess that 640x480 would work too.
