Sorry to all involved and to Photorama about misunderstanding.
Regarding this issue, I had a communication error with one of my team members and this was in no way any fault of Photorama, who has represented me for many years with class or their customer. They are an excellent and reputable company and I would highly recommend dealing with them anytime, either as a customer or as a studio. I have spoken with them and all has been settled. My apologies again to all involved.
