I ran into a guy selling MS Office on Craigslist for $59. I thought it must be used or something. I contact him and he tells me that it is a burned copy of the software. When I tell him that is illegal he says, "No, it says I can make a copy as a backup in the terms." I responded with, "But it doesn't say you can make a dozen copies and sell them." I never heard back after that.
