Not picking up your dog's poop is something that mostly very lazy ignorant people with a false sense of self-entitlement and no regard for others do.
Hell, on the rare occasion that I didn't have a plastic bag with me and my dog pooped I would walk him home, get a few bags, walk back to the poop he did and pick it up. I've even taken a flashlight if it was at night, to find it.
Two things that bother me; people who litter, and people who don't pick up their dog's poop.
