I know I know you Tableless Nazi's are going then start talking about online stores and online based web applications and tabless design but let's see why it is so important that designers move to all tableless design for Tours, FPA's, GALLERIES and free sites.

I am going to bet ya fucken lousy script kiddies will STFU now.
It's easily practical to have a tour without tables. Most sites are done with tables because of the image slicing, and the fact most designers use something like image ready to slice up and create html, or some other lame tool.

I know I have done a tour with no tables, just can't think of what it is off the top of my head. I do have several fully css galleries and promo tools. Does a members area with 98% css (no structure with tables) count? My tables have nothing to do with browser issues, just areas where a table was more practical.

My blog, in my signature, css - no cross browser issues, no tables, and 99% html and css compliant. Not a paysite, but it sure as hell isn't your standard wp either.

It's a much higher probability that the designer doesn't know how to create a design with css in mind, then correctly slice the design for css. Understandable, when everyone including myself was taught the other way.

I use tables when they are needed, not because I can't get a design to work in one browser or another.
