What's the "+" ? Generally the time of conception is estimated off her last menstral cycle...so the gestation period is purely an estimate as well.

Basicly if she is more than 2 weeks overdue, she should be scheduled for a C-Section.

If she's not 2 weeks overdue, then listen to whatever the doc tells you.
