MelissaMidwest.com & FoxyJacky.com do really well. FoxyJacky was just launched and did 1:440 through a few hundred thousand uniques. MelissaMidwest converts a tiny bit better typically around 1:350 ;)
Both do hardcore, update weekly, do cam shows, theres network access around them, etc.
