Do what feels natural in terms of when you eat, not what you eat.
Eating whatever you want only works if you lead a very active lifestyle and only eat natural, unprocessed foods without added sugar and such. The human body, unfortunately, is not well-suited for sedentary lifestyles and the average modern diet.
