I recently read an article saying that when the US military conducts war games in an urban environment the death toll is about 10%. The Iraqis know the streets of Baghdad intimately and all that high-tech shit (other than night vision) isn't much use when you're fighting house-to-house. So if the Iraqis decide to put up a credible fight it WILL get messy!
